Headquartered in Syracuse, New York, Edgewater is a group of affiliated companies formed for the progressive development and management of real estate and renewable resource energy. We service our clients effectively in New York State, New England, and the Northeast. Projects outside this area are staffed by a resident project team.
Since 1980, Edgewater has been working with clients to achieve their facilities needs in such varied areas as commercial office, medical/surgical, retail, industrial, R&D research, multi-family residential projects, both as design/build developers and construction managers. Since 1984, we have been developing renewable resource energy projects starting with the Glen Park Hydroelectric project, followed by natural gas cogeneration and several landfill gas-to-energy projects in New York, Illinois, and Texas.
