Construction management services involve taking the project design on a component-by-component basis and preparing estimates, schedules, and bid documents which result in awarding contracts for construction services. Edgewater retains the role of construction manager to maintain control of the construction phase. Intense daily management of contractors is performed to maintain cost, schedule, and quality.
