JADAK Technologies Phase II, Hancock Air Park, Cicero, New York -$7,700,000

A 40,000 square foot addition to the original 15,000 sq.ft. building was completed in May 2014.  The steel framed, brick and block exterior addition includes primarily office space to accommodate JADAK’s rapid growth.  The addition also contains JADAK’s shipping, receiving and product storage area.  The highlight of the building is a dramatic two-story glass atrium.  The original 15,000 square foot building will be fully devoted to manufacturing.
