Kodak – Copy Products World Headquarters, Rochester, NY

This contemporary two-story, 217,130 square foot building was built as the World Headquarters of the Copy Products Division of Kodak.  Site and building construction were started in August 1988; tenant occupancy was achieved March 3, 1989. The building is steel- framed with composite-panel exterior and features a large (14,000 square feet) interior atrium used as a product display area and central circulation focus.  It is finished as a first- class office throughout (marble common area flooring, wall-to-wall carpet in office areas), with glass walled conference rooms overlooking the atrium area, illuminated by over 6,000 square feet of skylights. The facility includes a video recording studio, internal and external teleconferencing network, and health club facility.
