Paychex 215 Greenfield, Liverpool, New York

215 GP, LLC, an Edgewater affiliate, was the successful competitor under an RFP to provide the Syracuse office of Paychex, Inc. with approximately 25,000 sq.ft. of new first- class office space. The 35,280 sq.ft. one- story brick and cast stone building in Greenfield Corporate Office Center, designed by MacKnight Architects, was commenced in March 2008. Paychex occupied the space in October 2008. A second tenant, TRC Engineers, Inc., occupies approximately 9,300 sq.ft.
