Sanders Creek Corporate Center is a 65-acre tract in DeWitt, New York.  Edgewater, an  80% general partner, and United Realty Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Technologies, a 20% limited partner, are developing an integrated business park to consist of office space, hotel, and restaurant use, with a total area estimated at 600,000 square feet. The partnership intends to build, own, and lease the office buildings and design/build the hotel and restaurant for sale or lease to others.  Current occupants are CrestHill Suites – Syracuse, an 86-room extended-stay hotel, The Bank of New York, a 90,000 sq. ft. operations center, and Verizon Wireless, a 34,000 sq. ft. electronic switch facility.  Estimated cost $30,000,000.
