Aspen Dental Management, Inc., Sanders Creek Corporate Center, East Syracuse, New York

Edgewater, through its affiliate – 281 SCP, LLC, was the successful bidder for this design-build single-tenant headquarters building for Aspen Dental Management, Inc. Aspen Dental is the largest privately held retail dental practice management group in the Northeast, with more than 100 offices in the six Northeast states and servicing over 600,000 patient visits annually. The project is a two-story masonry and EIFS building containing 44,475 sq.ft. on a 7.3-acre site. In addition to the headquarters office components (executive, finance, human resources, legal, etc.), the building contains several training facilities, including a large 80 – person theater with two dental operators for the training of both dentists and dental assistants.  The building was started in February 2005 and completed in July 2006.
